inaccurate menu small spa area
I found the spa area to be quite small. when it was busy, there were not enough places to sit or lie down. i actually had to stand for a bit. then i went in the outdoor pool for a short time, about 20 minutes, before heading back to my room. It was disappointing. also, the dinner menu was not accurate. i ordered ribs but received two strips of bacon. when i asked the waiter, he said that's how they serve beef ribs. i know what ribs look like. it was misleading, small spa area

Really good stay near the lake
fresh options great place super clean
I found the breakfast really good, offering many choices and fresh options. The spa was fantastic. It was great. The room was super clean. Its soundproofing. The staff were always friendly. They were helpful throughout my visit.
The pool and sauna operated on an adult-only basis. It was a significant drawback. It impacted my ability to fully use all the hotel facilities.

sustainable focus stylish decor excellent range wine tasting
i loved the hotel's attention to sustainability and stylish decor! the breakfast was amazing!!! it included a excellent range and the restaurant staff were helpful. the wine tasting event was a special, cute touch. questions i had before arrival were answered efficiently and promptly.
It felt a bit crowded during my allocated time.

the location was quite good. it was close to the lake and some restaurants.
I found the pool situation quite odd. It was adults only. also, naked visitors could use the facilities. This wasn't on the website when i booked!

mixed feelings about this place
dirty windows awful smell
the breakfast had lots of options.
our room wasnt clean, the windows were super dirty when we got there so the cleaning lady had to return. awful smell came from the bathroom and stayed until we left. it was disappointing.

i stayed for several nights. my room had a modern design. i found the breakfast buffet quite extensive. the grounds featured a firepit i used nightly. the location had convenient access to local attractions.
